Review: the volvo 240 dl wagon, was an amazing car ! it was unbelievably reliable, comfortable, and sturdy. its hanldling capabilities are also incredable. this car is fantastic, in ALL weather conditions, even though it is rear wheel drive. the gas mileage was pretty good, 25 city, and 30 highway. it could have a little better acceleration from a standstill. it had great wide seats, with wide and long supportive base,as well as back. the engine was simple, and easy to access. this was one of the best cars i have ever owned.
Pluses: The overal quality of the Swedish, and incidentally German vehicles is unsurpassed. Minuses: I do not like that newer Swedish, and German cars are eliminating the rain guards over the windows.
Suggestions: Bringing back vent windows would be nice too. Suggestions: Put back the rain guards over the side windows.
