Review: I just purchased this vehicle form Tom Bannen Chevrolet in Madison TN. I previously went to another Chevy Dealer Bill Heard Chevrolet in Nashville TN.. At Bill Heard I no more than got out of my car and the sales vultures flocked around me. I told them I wanted to look first and if I found something I would look them up. One of the sales people then commenced to letting me know that they didn't operate that way. All I had to do is tell them what I wanted and they would bring it to me. I told them I didn't know at tthe moment and thatis why I wanted to look first. Well, after a few minutes of beating off the sales buzzards, I walked away vowing never to go back again to that car lot. However, at Tom Bannen Chevrolet in Madison TN. The sales person was very nice and unassuming. He did not high pressure me. It was a very pleasant experience to say the least. The reason I went to their lot was an advertisment in the paper for a base model 2001 Chevy S-10 Pickup ext cab. They had just sold the advertised truck about 10 minutes before I arrived on the lot. As a matter of fact, I spoke with the customer that had purchased it. So it wasn't a "draw you into the lot Oh I'm sorry we only had one of those but let me show you a better model." The salesman said, "Let me see if we have a similar model, of which they did. The price was slightly higher than the base model but with the added rebates I got the truck at an excellent price and it had more options than the base priced truck they had advertised. I would recommend those in the Nashville TN area looking for a new Chevy vehicle to try Tom Bannen Chevrolet.
